Xactware Solutions Inc., a Utah County-based technology company, produces management software for some of the top building and remodeling professionals and develops computer and mobile software that helps in calculating building and repair costs. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget, this new Class “A” build-to-suit office building complete with a state-of-the art data center has allowed them to double their number of employees, and includes indoor and outdoor environments that appeal to the well-educated, ecologically savvy employees.
